Tyson Fury is the Linear heavyweight and now newly crowned WBC heavyweight after beating Deontay Wilder back in February this year.
Named after the great Mike Tyson, Fury has taken heavyweight boxing by storm with an incredible record of thirty wins and one draw with no losses.
However, a large part of his recent success has been making an astonishing comeback to the sport from drug and alcohol addiction which was driven by depression. From nearly committing suicide in 2018 to making his boxing return in June 2019, Fury has been able to tell the tale of how he overcame his depression with the aim of helping overs come through dark times by talking about his journey. He has very quickly become a national treasure and no one is surprised by his efforts to help the fight against COVID-19.
For once Tyson is helping other people to do the fighting for him.

Gyms around the country have been closed and it’s good to see that Anthony Joshua refuses to let people give up on their-selves.
Anthony Joshua is enjoying a successful career at the pinnacle of boxing. Despite suffering his first loss in his professional career to Mexican fighter Andy Ruiz Jr in New York last year he quickly made amends by winning the rematch in Saudi Arabia last December and now there are rumours of an ultimate battle between himself and Tyson Fury happening in the near future.
It’s important that Anthony Joshua is able to use his status and influence in the fitness industry to encourage more people to exercise. Especially at this time where being more fit and having a stronger immune system is only going to help people against the COVID-19 virus.
